How fast can you start and deliver?

Do you work with Shopify Plus stores?
Yes. Most of our clients are on Shopify Plus and doing $500k+ in annual revenue. We handle Plus-specific work including B2B, Markets, Functions, checkout extensibility, and headless on Hydrogen.
Do I need to commit to a retainer?
No. Most engagements start as a fixed-scope project. Retainers are optional and only make sense once we've earned the relationship and you want continuous optimization.
Will switching to a new Shopify agency disrupt my live store?
No. We work in a development theme or staging store, mirror your live data, QA on a private URL, and only push to live during a scheduled low-traffic window. For migrations and replatforms we run DNS cutovers with rollback ready and SEO redirects in place — zero downtime is the default, not the exception.
What if I'm locked into a current developer, theme, or app?
We've inherited every kind of Shopify setup — bespoke themes from agencies that disappeared, ThemeForest builds with no documentation, app stacks duct-taped together. Our first deliverable is always an audit that maps what you actually have. From there we either work inside the current theme, fork it cleanly, or replatform — your call, with the trade-offs spelled out before we start.
Do you sign NDAs and how is store data handled?
Yes — mutual NDAs are standard before any audit work begins. We use least-privilege staff access on Shopify, MFA on every account, scoped access tokens for any custom apps, and rotate or revoke credentials at project close. We do not export or store customer PII outside Shopify unless the project explicitly requires it.
