Today the team is distributed across Mexico, the United States, and Spain; these locations describe the company’s history and team footprint, not a claim of formal offices in every city.

Shugert works in English and Spanish with distributed capacity across Mexico, the United States, and Spain. Delivery is organized around four responsibilities: engagement direction, engineering, technical growth, and delivery/QA. The client should know who decides, who implements, and who validates.
