Urgent incidents can be handled through an agreed escalation path, but no tier implies that every request ships within a universal 48-hour window.
Can a retainer include several disciplines?+
Growth & Engineering and Shopify Plus Engineering can coordinate development, performance, CRO, technical SEO, analytics and release work under one prioritized roadmap. Entry plans are intentionally narrower.
What happens if a request is larger than the plan capacity?+
The request can be broken into milestones, deferred, moved to a larger tier or scoped as a separate fixed-price project. The trade-off is made visible before implementation begins.
